AI, AUTOMATION & BLOCKCHAIN FOR ENTREPRENEURS

From Pink Slip to Profit, From Idea to Income

Build It in 6 Weeks. Get Funded in 6 Months.

A 6-Week Live Online Bootcamp

Curriculum & Course Guide

★  THE FIRST CLASS WITH A REAL PATH TO CAPITAL  ★

Built for three kinds of people:

Those who just lost a job and need a new income, fast.

Those with an idea who don't know where to begin.

Those already running a business who need to grow with technology.

Who This Course Is For

This bootcamp was designed for the new economy, where layoffs come without warning, AI is reshaping every industry, and the old playbook of "get a degree, get a job, retire" is broken. We built it for three kinds of people who refuse to wait around: those starting over, those finally starting, and those already in motion who need to evolve fast.

The Recently Displaced

If you've just been laid off, downsized, or replaced by automation, you are not behind. You're early. The same forces that ended your job have created the biggest entrepreneurial opportunity in a generation. This course turns your severance window into a launchpad.

  • You'll leave with: a real income stream, freelance, services, or a product, built and earning before week 4 ends.

The Idea-Stuck Founder

If you've had an idea bouncing around your head for months or years but don't know how to start, this course is the structured push you need. We replace overthinking with shipping.

  • You'll leave with: a validated MVP, your first customers, and a clear path to scale.

The Operating Business Owner & Professional

If you already run a business, or hold a senior role inside one, and you can feel the ground shifting beneath your industry, this course is for you too. We don't lecture about AI. We show you how to actually use technology to grow revenue, automate operations, and prepare your business for the next decade.

  • You'll leave with: AI integrated into your real operations, automation eliminating the tasks that drain your team, and a strategic plan for what to invest in next.

Prerequisites

  • Required: Curiosity, internet access, 15–20 hours per week.
  • Not required: A coding background, a business degree, prior tech experience, or savings to invest. We use no-code and low-code tools throughout.

What You Will Walk Away With

This is not a theory class. By the end of week 4, every student will have produced concrete, tangible deliverables:

Deliverable What It Means For You
Strong working knowledge Real fluency in AI, automation, and blockchain, not buzzwords. You can explain how each works, build with each, and know when to use which.
Income-generating projects Multiple projects shipped during the bootcamp that are designed to generate revenue from day one, not portfolio pieces, but real income streams.
A registered business LLC or sole proprietorship filed, EIN obtained, business banking opened.
A working AI prototype A functional product or service built with AI tools, chatbot, automation agent, content engine, or smart workflow.
Automated revenue systems Lead capture, follow-up, invoicing, and onboarding flows running without your daily involvement.
First paying customers Minimum target: 3 paying clients or 10 product sales by graduation. We work to get you there.
Industry certification Certificate of Completion plus optional badges from partner platforms (recognized for job pivots and consulting credibility).
A 90-day growth plan Detailed roadmap for what comes after graduation, with revenue targets and milestones.
A network of peers Lifetime access to alumni community, mastermind sessions, and partnership opportunities.
A real path to capital 6 months post-graduation, students who hit 50 paying customers, 100 product/service sales, or equivalent traction pitch directly to the founder and investor network for equity investment. (See "The 6-Month Path to Capital" section.)

The 6-Month Path to Capital

What makes this the first class of its kind.

Most courses end on graduation day. Yours doesn't.

Six months after the bootcamp ends, students who have driven real, measurable results pitch directly to the founder and a private network of fellow investors. Those who demonstrate traction can receive equity investment in their business, actual capital to scale what they built in the bootcamp.

This is not a competition with one winner. Every student who hits the bar is in the room.

Why 6 Months, Not 90 Days

Real traction takes longer than three months. Ninety days is enough to launch, not enough to prove a business works. Six months gives you the runway to find product-market fit, hit meaningful customer numbers, refine your pricing, and arrive at the pitch with a story investors can actually back. We'd rather fund 10 students with real businesses than 30 with optimistic projections.

The Qualifying Bar

To pitch on Investor Day, students must clear at least one of the following milestones in the 6 months following graduation:

  • 50 paying customers for service-based businesses, agencies, consulting, coaching, or B2B offers
  • 100 product or service sales for productized services, digital products, e-commerce, or transactional businesses
  • Equivalent traction signals for SaaS, content businesses, or unconventional models, defined and agreed in advance with your assigned mentor

This is a high bar on purpose. It's not a participation trophy. Hitting it proves you can sell, deliver, and retain, the three things that actually matter to investors.

Investment Range & Terms

Initial investment checks typically range from $10,000 to $100,000 per business, depending on traction, capital needs, and team. Terms are designed to be founder-friendly:

  • Equity range: typically 5–20% depending on stage and check size
  • Standard instruments: SAFEs (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) or convertible notes
  • Valuation caps: set fairly based on traction, with clear written terms upfront
  • Follow-on capital: businesses that hit milestones become eligible for larger rounds with our investor network
  • No predatory terms: no personal guarantees, no aggressive vesting cliffs, no anti-founder provisions

What You Get Beyond The Check

The capital is the headline. The unlock is what comes with it:

  • Direct mentorship from active operators and investors
  • Warm introductions to customers, partners, and follow-on investors
  • Hiring help, your first contractor, VA, or technical co-founder
  • Continued seat in the alumni mastermind for as long as you're building
  • First-look access to enterprise deals our network sources

The 6 Months Between

You don't graduate and disappear. The six-month window between bootcamp end and Investor Day is structured support designed to get you to the qualifying bar:

  • Weekly group accountability calls with your cohort
  • Bi-weekly office hours with instructors for the first 90 days, monthly thereafter
  • Monthly 1-on-1 review with a designated mentor
  • Milestone checks at days 30, 60, 90, and 150 what's working, what to pivot
  • Pitch prep in the final month before Investor Day

The Honest Disclaimer

Not every student will hit the bar. Not every student who hits the bar will get funded. We won't pretend otherwise. Investment decisions depend on traction, market, team, and fit. What we guarantee is the seat at the table, every student who clears the qualifying milestones in 6 months gets a real meeting and a real, fair-terms decision. No politics, no gatekeeping, no "know somebody" requirement.

This program is the first of its kind because most bootcamps exit you at graduation. We exit you at funding, or at a clear, profitable, self-sustaining business. Either is a win.

Module 1, Mindset, Career Rebuilding & the Future Economy

Taught on Saturday 1  •  Foundation for everything that follows

Before you build a business, you have to rebuild how you see yourself in this economy. This module is the inner work that makes the rest of the bootcamp possible. We treat it with the same rigor as the technical modules, because mindset is the highest-leverage skill in a market that's changing faster than any of us trained for.

Objectives, Students Will:

  • Understand the changing job market, what's actually happening to white-collar work, which roles are evaporating, which are emerging, and why the old career playbook no longer works.
  • Learn how AI is impacting industries, industry-by-industry breakdown of where AI is replacing tasks, where it's augmenting workers, and where the new jobs and businesses are forming.
  • Develop a growth mindset, tools to move past layoff grief, imposter syndrome, and idea paralysis. Reframing failure, building resilience, and operating with urgency without burning out.
  • Identify technology opportunities, how to spot the gaps AI creates, the problems it can't solve, and the businesses uniquely positioned to capture this moment.
  • Build confidence entering tech, you don't need a CS degree, a Bay Area zip code, or a 22-year-old's energy. We dismantle the myths that keep capable people on the sidelines.

Module Output

By the end of Module 1, every student has a written personal economic strategy: their runway, their unfair advantages, the industries they're best positioned to serve, and the mindset shifts they're committing to.

Module 2, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

Taught on Saturday 1  •  AI fluency for non-technical founders

You don't need to know how a car engine works to drive across the country. You don't need a PhD in machine learning to build with AI. What you do need is fluency, enough understanding to choose the right tool, talk to it effectively, and spot when it's lying to you. This module gives you that, fast.

Objectives, Students Will:

  • Understand what AI actually is (and isn't), large language models, image models, agents, and the difference between hype and reality, in plain English.
  • Map the AI landscape, the major models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, open-source) and what each is genuinely best at.
  • Master prompt engineering fundamentals, how to talk to AI like a senior consultant: context, role, examples, constraints, and iteration.
  • Recognize AI's limitations, hallucinations, bias, knowledge cutoffs, and how to verify outputs that matter.
  • Use AI as a co-founder, research, writing, design, coding, customer support, and analysis tasks that used to require a team.
  • Navigate AI ethics and safety, privacy, IP, disclosure, and responsible use in a business context.

Module Output

Every student leaves Module 2 with a custom AI assistant (Custom GPT or Claude Project) trained on their business context, plus a personal prompt library for the most common entrepreneurial tasks.

Module 3, AI for Entrepreneurs & Business Owners

Taught on Saturday 2  •  From AI user to AI-powered operator

Module 2 made you fluent. Module 3 makes you dangerous. This is where you stop using AI as a fancy autocomplete and start using it as the engine of a real business. Every entrepreneurial function, research, marketing, sales, product, operations, finance, gets rebuilt around AI.

Objectives, Students Will:

  • Choose an AI-powered business model, the highest-leverage models for solo founders right now: AI services, productized AI, AI agencies, AI-augmented traditional businesses, and AI products.
  • Build an AI product without code, Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, Lovable, Bolt, v0, and Replit Agent. Ship a working prototype in days.
  • Run an AI-powered marketing engine, content production, SEO, social media, and email at a scale that previously required a 5-person team.
  • Sell with AI assistance, personalized outreach, sales call analysis, proposal generation, and closing follow-up.
  • Deliver client work 10x faster, AI workflows that compress weeks of consulting work into hours.
  • Price AI-powered services correctly, value-based pricing, productization, and avoiding the hourly-billing trap.
  • Build defensibility, what's a moat in an AI world, and what's just a feature competitors will copy in a week.

Module Output

A live, working AI-powered product or service offer with a landing page, pricing, and delivery workflow, ready to sell by the end of Saturday 2.

Module 4, Business Automation Fundamentals

Taught on Saturday 3  •  The business that runs itself

AI is the brain. Automation is the nervous system. Without automation, every customer requires your time. With it, you can serve 10x more people while working less. This module is how solo founders build companies that look (and operate) like teams.

Objectives, Students Will:

  • Understand the automation mindset, process thinking, identifying repetitive work, and the math of leverage (time saved × frequency = freedom).
  • Master the core automation tools, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Airtable. When to use each, what they cost, and how they fit together.
  • Automate lead capture and nurture, from website visitor to scheduled call to closed deal without your daily involvement.
  • Automate client onboarding, from "I want to buy" to "I'm fully onboarded" with zero manual touch.
  • Automate operations and back office, invoicing, contracts, scheduling, reporting, bookkeeping.
  • Build AI agents that do real work, agents that research, write, follow up, and execute multi-step workflows on their own.
  • Avoid common automation traps, over-engineering, brittle workflows, and the "automation theater" that creates more work than it saves.

Module Output

A complete end-to-end automation pipeline: lead → qualify → close → onboard → deliver → invoice, all running without daily founder input.

Module 5, Digital Business Systems & APIs

Taught on Saturday 3  •  Connecting your stack into one machine

Modern businesses run on a stack of connected tools. The founders who win are the ones who understand how the pieces talk to each other. You don't need to be an engineer, you need to understand the plumbing well enough to direct it. This module makes APIs and digital systems make sense.

Objectives, Students Will:

  • Understand APIs in plain language, what they are, why they matter, and how non-technical founders use them every day without realizing it.
  • Build a clean digital stack, the right combination of CRM, email, payments, scheduling, communication, and storage for your business size and stage.
  • Connect tools without code, using Zapier, Make.com, and native integrations to make your stack behave like one system.
  • Work with AI APIs, calling OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI APIs from no-code tools to inject intelligence anywhere in your business.
  • Manage data across systems, single source of truth, syncing customer records, and avoiding the data chaos that kills small businesses.
  • Secure your business, password management, two-factor authentication, data privacy basics, and what to do when something gets compromised.
  • Read documentation and troubleshoot, the meta-skill that lets you adopt any new tool without waiting for a tutorial.

Module Output

A documented digital operations map of your business: every tool you use, what it does, what it connects to, and what data flows where. The blueprint for scaling without breaking.

Module 6, Blockchain Fundamentals

Taught on Saturday 4  •  Practical blockchain, no hype

Blockchain has been buried under so much noise, meme coins, NFT scams, ideologues, that most entrepreneurs have written it off. That's a mistake. Underneath the hype, blockchain quietly enables real things businesses couldn't do before: instant global payments, programmable contracts, verifiable ownership, and new business models. This module separates the signal from the noise.

Objectives, Students Will:

  • Understand what blockchain actually is, distributed ledgers, consensus, smart contracts, and the difference between the technology and the speculation.
  • Identify practical business use cases, the handful of things blockchain is genuinely better at than traditional databases (and the many things it isn't).
  • Accept global payments, stablecoins (USDC, USDT) for invoicing international clients without bank delays, currency conversion fees, or chargebacks.
  • Use smart contracts for service agreements, milestone-based payment that releases automatically when work is delivered.
  • Understand tokenization, what it actually means to tokenize a service, community, or asset, and when it makes business sense (rarely) versus marketing sense (often).
  • Navigate Web3 safely, wallets, custody, gas fees, scams, rug pulls, and the operational security every entrepreneur needs.
  • Read the regulatory landscape, what's legal where, the SEC's evolving stance, KYC/AML, and how to stay on the right side of the law.
  • Decide if Web3 is for you, honest framework for whether your business benefits from blockchain or whether it's a distraction.

Module Output

A working business crypto wallet, the ability to send and receive stablecoin payments, and a clear written decision: is blockchain a strategic part of your business model, or a tool you'll use occasionally? Either answer is correct, what matters is making it intentionally.

Course Structure

Schedule

  • Saturdays only, for 6 consecutive Saturdays
  • 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, live online with recordings available
  • 24 hours total of live instruction across the bootcamp
  • Async guided work between Saturdays in a private community

Typical Saturday

  • Hour 1: Module teaching, core concepts, frameworks
  • Hour 2: Hands-on lab, build alongside the instructor
  • Hour 3: Workshop time, apply the concepts to your own business
  • Hour 4: Group discussion, hot-seat coaching, Q&A, and assignments for the week ahead

Time Commitment

Plan for the 4-hour Saturday session plus 6 to 10 hours of guided async work during the week. This gives working professionals and business owners a real path to participate without burning out their day jobs, and gives the recently unemployed structure without overwhelming them.

The Three Pillars

Each Saturday weaves together the three core technologies, applied to a specific stage of your business:

  • Artificial Intelligence, the engine. AI does the work that used to require employees, agencies, and weeks of effort.
  • Automation, the assembly line. Automation makes the work happen without you, 24/7, while you sleep.
  • Blockchain, the trust layer. Blockchain enables new business models, ownership structures, and global payments.
