Course Overview

The Enterprise ERP, Power BI, Power Automate & Copilot Studio (AI Agents) Training Program by Echolink Solutions is an intensive, career-focused training program designed to equip participants with practical skills in enterprise application support, business analysis, business intelligence, workflow automation, and artificial intelligence.
This comprehensive program combines Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to prepare students for technology roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and supply chain management.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Students will gain hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, managing ERP help desk tickets, troubleshooting application issues, configuring user access and security permissions, and supporting business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Inventory Management. The training also covers ERP Business Analyst and Functional Consultant responsibilities, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, Business Requirements Documents(BRDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ERP implementation, and go-live support.
Microsoft Power BI: Participants will learn to transform enterprise data into meaningful business insights by building interactive dashboards, developing KPIs, creating data models, and using DAX for business reporting. Students will work with realistic ERP, finance, inventory, and operational datasets to develop reporting solutions used by business analysts and management teams.
Microsoft Power Automate: Students will learn to design and implement automated business processes that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. Topics include workflow development, approval automation, email notifications, ERP help desk automation, scheduled processes, application integration, and troubleshooting automated workflows.
Microsoft Copilot Studio (AI Agents): Participants will explore enterprise AI agent development by building intelligent assistants capable of answering business questions, providing ERP troubleshooting guidance, retrieving information from approved knowledge sources, and initiating automated workflows through Power Automate. The training introduces conversational AI, agent configuration, enterprise integration, testing, and AI governance fundamentals.
Hands-On Learning & Career Preparation: Throughout the program, students will complete practical assignments, real-world business simulations, and portfolio projects reflecting common enterprise technology responsibilities. The course concludes with an integrated capstone project combining ERP support, Power BI reporting, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio AI agents.
